Many of you bloggers or money hungry folks wonder about what are the secrets of making money online, I was wondering the same thing at the beginning, if there was any secrets really to accomplish this dream of becoming a full time blogger or internet guru and to make a full time living online.

The truth is that there is not a big secret actually, it is all about traffic, and the best way to learn those “mighty secrets” that will permit you to make a living from online you will learn with trial and error during your process of building your blog. There are thousands of ways to make money online, but since this is a blog and I acquired this blog because I liked the name and it could become a good case study of how much money we can make from ONE blog only i will concentrate mainly on ways to make money blogging.

Building traffic

Making money blogging might sound easy, and indeed it is easy, or rather it becomes easy once we have reached our goal “traffic”. In order to make money we need to have the audience to sell something (is it ads from ppc like adsense, or textual advertising or any other kind of affiliate).

Our first and best friend to build traffic to our blog are the search engines, we just need to learn seo and apply what we have learned in our site to rank higher in the search engines and receive razor targeted traffic to our site that are specially interested in the topic we are writing about.

Building Credibility

It has been proved by many, and by me, that the making money machine starts to turn his engines once the readers trust the blogger and they read at what he has to say. Many of you might not even know me, and it will be hard to trust at what I say for you, I could use my credentials but I won’t, as I want to feel again on my skin those first days when I was trying to make money online. This blog, the day one when I acquired it made $60 and it reached to make $376 by the end of the month in combination with PPC advertisement and blogging reviews, and I will leave the money to build credibility for me, it is the most powerful tool in the money making niche. My next target would be to reach $600 month by the end of December.

A combination of steady traffic and credibility is a guaranteed formula to make money online, on any niche, not just on the make money online niche.

Don’t think about money

If you think just about how to make money online, you will most probably fail as readers will notice that and you will be limiting your self into just few ways to make money. Expand your blog to more categories and topics, this will not only expand your possibilities and ways to make money but it will also give you enough space to write about different topics and gather visitors that are interested on different topics, the more visitors the higher are the probabilities to make money.

It happens that, the days when I was less concentrate about making money it reach the maximum of my daily earnings through PPC and on affiliates. One successful affiliate that converts pretty well even on the latest Google slap on link sellers is the textual ads network.
